  3. Create a new vehicle profile in Torque by navigating to Menu > Vehicle Profile > Create new profile.
  4. Name the profile 'PROTON' (or 'proton CFE' for CFE engines) and click 'Show advanced settings'.
  5. Select 'ISO 14230(fast init,10.4baud)' under 'Preferred OBD Protocol', or choose 'automatic protocol scan' or 'ISO15765-4 CAN(11bit 500k baud)' for CFE engines.
  6. Save your settings.
  7. Create another vehicle profile labeled 'Blank', without advanced settings, and save it.
  8. Utilize the previously created Proton vehicle profile whenever scanning Proton engines by selecting Menu > Vehicle Profile > Your Profile Name.
  9. For extra custom PIDs, navigate to Settings > Manage extra PID/Sensors > Add predefined set > Select 'Proton PIDs'.
  10. Create displays in Realtime Information by accessing an empty page, tapping Menu > Add display, choosing your meter type, and selecting PIDs that begin with {PROTON}.
